Southern Roots: A BBQ Reunion returns to Travelers Rest on April 11, featuring top Upstate chefs including James Beard finalist Joe Cash. Founded by Geoff Rhyne after his daughter’s Kleefstra syndrome diagnosis, the festival has raised over $300,000 for IDefine, Boston Children’s Hospital’s specialized clinic, and research toward future treatments.
