This study of 100 people with Kleefstra syndrome defines early developmental delays, with sitting around 10 months, walking around 2 years, and first words around 24 months. Capute Scales showed delays in language and visual motor skills, supporting early physical, occupational, and speech therapy plus ongoing developmental monitoring.
