Liam’s Courage Unites a Tennessee Community Around Kleefstra Syndrome

Ten-year-old Liam McDonald has brought an entire Tennessee community together through his courage and joyful spirit. His family fought tirelessly for proper care, built a team of 18 specialists and helped secure equal TennCare coverage for children with Kleefstra syndrome. They also created Run With Liam Rare Ministry, turning their struggle into hope and support for other rare-disease families.
