Italy’s Agazzi Institute has become a national reference center for the assessment, guidance, and treatment of Kleefstra syndrome, a rare genetic neurodevelopmental disorder. Led by Dr. Ettore Caterino, its Futurabile center offers multidisciplinary care, supports families from diagnosis onward, and contributed to the first international guidelines to improve evidence-based, person-centered treatment.
